2. Rental Agreement

When you rent a car from Brochurehacienda, you enter into a rental agreement. This agreement outlines the specific terms of your rental, including duration, costs, and your responsibilities as a renter.

3. Eligibility

To rent a car from Brochurehacienda, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a clean driving record
• Provide a valid credit card for the security deposit

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made online or at our office in Canada. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental period incur no fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to one day's rental.

5. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must only be:

• Driven by the authorized renter or additional drivers listed on the rental agreement
• Used for personal or business use within Canada, unless otherwise specified
• Operated in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations

6. Fees and Charges

Rental fees include the basic daily or weekly rate, insurance, and any additional services you select. Additional charges may apply for:

• Late returns
• Fuel (if the vehicle is not returned with a full tank)
• Excessive mileage beyond the agreed-upon limit
• Damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance
• Traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period

7. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance is included in your rental. However, you may choose to purchase additional coverage. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle resulting from collision, theft, or negligence not covered by the insurance policy.

8. Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned:

• On or before the agreed return date and time
• To the designated return location
• In the same condition as it was at the start of the rental, accounting for normal wear and tear
• With a full tank of fuel, unless otherwise arranged

9. Privacy Policy

10. Modifications to Terms

Brochurehacienda reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
